Tour/Trekking Packages Payment Procedures
In Nepal, things are changing rabidly nowadays. Our cost involve, domestic air fares, hotel/ accommodation cost, meals, local transportation, sightseeing entry fees, conservation fee, visa fee etc. which does not seem to stay constant. Therefore, it is hard to make the accurate cost in our website otherwise, we have to change all the time which is lot of time consuming.
Thus, kindly Contact/ e-mail with your interests, no matter that is in Nepal, Mount Kailash Yatra, Tibet, Bhutan or India, we'll come with details cost within next 24 hours.
We always make payment procedures, as easy as we can do to our customers. You can make payments in USD cash or TC. For the reservation or advance book, you can wire deposit in our company bank account.
The following provisions have been made for Tour / Trek reservations.
1. 20% deposit required for booking (at least one month prior to start trip)
2. Final payment to be paid on arrival (or before departure from City Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. Kathmandu, counter).
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 10% of the bill will not be refundable for cancellations.
5. Group leaders travel free for groups of 12 or more (Flights and Government fees not included).
6. Payment will be accepted by cash, bank draft, wire transfer, telegraphic transfer or any other banking services. |
